May the words in Isaiah 55:12 be your blessing. You will go out in joy and be led forth in peace; the mountains and hills will burst into song before you, and all the trees of the field will clap their hands. There is joy in the morning.

    Cyndi and Family:

What a joyous event it had to have been in Heaven when they saw Dorothy coming thru those great gates. She was like an angel here on earth and now she is wearing her wings and spreading them over all of you that she loved so deeply. Since my Dad passed away this year, I like to go out in the evening when the stars are shining and find the brightest one. I like to think that star is my Dad looking down, letting me know he is still here, protecting all of us that he loved. A Guardian Angel is a great thing, but when you can call that angel by a special name: Wife, Mother, Grandmother, friend, you indeed have a true blessing from above. Tonight look out and you will find a star shining bright overhead, and maybe you too may find some comfort.

“As your loved one rests in God’s embrace, May your heart be blessed with healing grace”

May Jesus walk beside you, and may you know and feel the great love of your family and friends. You’re in my prayers.

My first memory that came to mind when I heard about Dorothy was the youth group was at her parents home. She showed us her wedding dress. I felt so special that she shared that with me. She was such a beautiful woman.

I can’t even begin to recount the memories I have with Dorothy. We attended kindergarten through high school together and attended the little country Free Methodist church together until its closure. Our farm homes were only across the mile from each other and we spent many sleep overs. When my baby sister broke her leg, Dorothy helped me cook for threshers and we were only in our teens. I could go on and on but space is limited. My heart is saddened and prayers go out to the family and friends.

To the Adomatis family…You had a wonderful wife and mother. I don’t know if you remember me, but my grandparents(Peter & Olive Champagne) lived across the road from your grandparents in Bad Axe. I remember Dorothy taking me, Buffy and Jodie to the beach in Caseville/Pt. Austin when we were young kids and then treating us to lunch and icecream cones! We had so much fun! She was such a beautiful and caring person.

Please remember that I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. God bless you.

    Dear Adomatis Family,
We have many fond memories of Dottie and your family as our sons are the same age. Brandon, Tom & Paul shared 4-H with Dottie right there leading the way. Her smile and her laugh lit up the room and will always be with us. She was a beautiful lady. Our hearts are heavy for your grief right now but know she would want you to be strong. We send our love to all of you.

Uncle Russ, Cyndi, Lori, Jodi, and Brandon: Our prayers have been with you all and Dotti especially over the last few months. Dad has been keeping us posted almost weekly. Patty and I had hoped to be able to attend the Memorial but guess phone calls this weekend will have to do. We will miss Aunt Dotti and hope to see you all soon and more often. We trust in the Lord that she is in a far better place and way with Him now. And, that He will bless and strengthen you all. We will continue to keep you in our hearts, minds, and prayers.

To the family: I am so very sorry to hear of your loss. I just saw the obituary. Dorothy was a wonderful person. I will never forget her inviting us to your home at Christmas in 1992. Sara had just been to Mayo Clinic for her second brain tumor. Her hospitality was a bright moment in a tough time.

To Uncle Russ, Cyndi, Lori, Jodi, Brandon and your families,

Aunt Dotti was a beautiful woman and a great mother whom I was fortunate enough to have as a gracious and godly example of a woman. I will treasure all the memories I have of her from our visits and get togethers throughout the years. Most of all I will remember the sparkle in her blue eyes and her smile and laugh! I am glad that my husband, Shannon, had a chance to meet her. We are keeping you all in our prayers.
